Aihawu Victor is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the migration and development field. He is also the founder of the Centre for Youths Integrated Development (CYID) and the Platform for Cooperation on Mixed Migration (PCMM), a network of civil society organizations dedicated to addressing migration issues. Passionate about cultural preservation and youth empowerment, Aihawu has spearheaded initiatives that promote African heritage, foster unity, and create economic opportunities. Through the Cultural Hangout Festival (CHF), he aims to bridge cultural gaps, connect Africans and the diaspora, and spotlight Africa's excellence on a global stage.

Chioma Bukola-Jehami Aihawu is the dedicated Co-Visionary and Director of Africa Multicultural & Heritage Promotion Ltd (AMHP), working alongside Victor Aihawu to bring the maiden edition of the Cultural Hangout Festival (CHF) to life. With extensive experience in humanitarian services, project management, and diaspora engagement, Chioma plays a vital role in celebrating, preserving, and showcasing African culture and heritage. Her career spans impactful roles in public speaking and youth development, reflecting her passion for empowering communities and fostering connections. Chioma’s collaborative leadership and unwavering dedication ensure that AMHP’s mission is fulfilled, establishing the maiden edition of CHF as a landmark cultural event. As a mental health therapist, Chioma is deeply committed to using cultural events as a platform for healing and promoting emotional well-being through the celebration of shared heritage and identity.
Dr. Odedina Adebusola Morenikeji
Director of Sponsorship and Cultural Partnerships Coordinator
Dr. Odedina Adebusola Morenikeji is a passionate advocate for cultural heritage and tourism promotion in Lagos State. With over 24 years of service in the Lagos State Government, she currently serves as the Director of Administrative and Human Resources at the Lagos State Council for Arts and Culture, where she drives initiatives to preserve cultural heritage and boost tourism. A member of the royal lineage of the Onilogbo of Ilogbo Eremi in Badagry, Dr. Odedina holds a PhD in Political Science with a focus on Public Administration, alongside other advanced degrees in governance and public sector management. Her commitment to sustainable development and women’s empowerment, coupled with her leadership in cultural promotion, makes her a key figure in shaping impactful policies and community growth in Lagos State.
Emmanuel Oluseyi Bethel

Emmanuel Oluseyi Bethel is a seasoned web designer and digital communications specialist with over a decade of experience in creating intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Currently serving as a Lecturer and ICT Manager at Christ Pillar Bible College International, he brings a wealth of expertise in UI/UX design, digital marketing, and educational technology. Emmanuel’s portfolio spans diverse sectors, including fashion, education, and international development, where he has consistently delivered transformative digital solutions and brand enhancements. As the Creative Art Director at Kipfashion and Communications Manager at IYDN Finland, he has demonstrated his ability to build global audiences and implement effective digital strategies. A graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts, specializing in Graphic Design, Emmanuel has contributed to various art exhibitions both locally and internationally. Esther Olajide is a seasoned journalist, certified public relations officer, author, and business analyst with expertise in media, digital transformation, and business strategy. She has a background in Mass Communication and a Master’s degree in Media Communication from Bournemouth University, UK. Her career spans journalism, corporate communications, and business analysis. She has worked with Osun Mail and Montage Africa Media and later transitioned into business analysis, specializing in digital transformation, AI-driven solutions, and process optimization at Tiege Consult Ltd and Alboss Consulting Ltd in the UK. Beyond her professional achievements, Esther is passionate about literature and cultural representation, with her book The Pen Bearer receiving acclaim. As Communications & Business Strategy Lead for the Cultural Hangout Festival (CHF), she drives media engagement, visibility, and stakeholder collaboration.

Sewuese is a dedicated healthcare professional, mental health advocate, and humanitarian with over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable populations. With an impressive academic background, she holds a Master's in Management from the UK, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and an Executive MBA from Accra Business School. Currently serving as a Customer Service Health Advisor and an active Gender-Based Violence (GBV) activist, Sewuese has received numerous awards recognizing her impactful contributions to humanitarian causes. She is also the author of Healing from Within: Reclaiming Life After SGBV in Nigeria, a powerful testament to her dedication to advocacy and healing. As the Event Marketing Lead for the Cultural Hangout Festival (CHF), Sewuese brings her expertise and passion to the forefront, driving engagement and building awareness to ensure the festival resonates with a wide and diverse audience.
Veronica Olabisi Obadara
Project Cordinator, Media
Veronica Olabisi Obadara is an accomplished Media and Communications graduate and a dynamic multimedia practitioner. Currently serving as the Brand Development and Project Coordinator at Nature Faithfuls Limited, a natural skincare production company based in the UK, she blends her expertise in media with a passion for innovative brand strategies. Olabisi ventured into politics in the UK, running as a candidate in the 2016 Greater London Assembly (GLA) elections, aiming to elevate her leadership capabilities and influence within the community. Her broadcasting career began in Nigeria, where she was a Continuity Announcer and later Newscaster for OGTV and OGBC in Ogun State. Notably, she was the first Announcer on Galaxy Television in Ibadan during the 1990s, paving the way for her distinguished work as the first UK Correspondent for Ogun State Television, OGTV. With a rich background in media, brand development, and political engagement, Veronica Olabisi Obadara continues to make significant contributions to her field.
